I have for sale a surplus 1995 GMC 1500 Suburban 2WD. It was purchased used form one of my customers and really fit the need for a camping/kayaking vehicle. We used it to pull a pop-up camper and carry kayaks on a Yakima roof rack.

It is equiped with a 5.7, 4L30E trans., third seat rear A/C, cruise, vinyl seats, rubber floor and manual windows. It normally gets 15 MPG unloaded and has gotten as high as 19 MPG. The average mileage when towing and drag from kayaks on the roof is around 13.5 MPG.

The engine has been run with AMSOIL and and synthetic lubricanst are also in the trans and rear.

The intake gaskets have been replaced (common failure item) and the fuel pump was replaced before it gave any trouble with a BOSCH unit. The shocks are REFLEX and it has MICHELIN tires that are about 60-70%. It has also had the A\C compressor replaced with a new Delco, replacement starter and alternator as preventative measures. The entire vehicle was painted about two - three years ago at a cost of $3,000.

Current Kelly Blue Book and NADA give it a retail of around $5,600, but we all know what the market is for these vehicles right now. I am asking $4.400 OBO. The vehicle is located on the Eastern Shore of MD.
