4wd Trouble

For the past year my service 4wd light has been on and off intermittently. Until recently the amber light next to 2wd on the switch would stay lit up, when i would get the service 4wd message. Yesterday when i got the message the red neutral light was on. Other than the light coming on @ inconvenient times, I have not had other 4wd issues. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

On my old 03 Tahoe Z71, this was happening too.

 

You should be able to get this fixed for free at any reputable GM dealer.

Thanks alot! It sounds like this might be the fix. Have you had any trouble with yours after the fix? Also was your SUV under warranty, when you got it fixed? Thanks again.
