4x4 Font Axel Leaking Something

I was wondering if this is a common issue.

My front axel is leaking on the passenger side at the point were the shaft exits the aluminum housing. There is a 5 bolt connection at that point that connects the rod end that continues to the wheel.

It looks like oil, and if I look up into the small area between the axel housing and the shaft that comes out it looks wet. The Driver side is dry.

Would this be covered under the 100,000 mile power train warranty?

Mine did the same thing. The seal was torn, and the dealership replaced it under warranty. Noticed this at 3000 mi.
