'87 S15 Truck with factory 4.3l ??

What was the 1st year of production of S10/S15 with the 4.3l v-6??

I believe it was 1988 and it was only available with the auto tranny...  I had one that I bought off the showroom floor...  I think in 87' the biggest motor was the 2.8L.

 

It was a reg cab shortbed 4x4 with 4.3L and Auto tranny.  I think the motor tranny options were about $1500-$2000 dollars all together.
