Adding A-pillar Grab Handle?

Is it possible to order an a-pillar grab handle and moldings from GM for the driver's side of a 2008 Sierra? If so, anyone know the part numbers and price?

For whatever dumbass reason, GM doesn't put a grab handle on the driver side A-pillar...Some SUVs and trucks get a handle in the roof but for the most part it's "grab the steering wheel if needed".

The handle on the roof I see no problem with on the drivers side. If you put it on the A-pillar I would bet it would interfere (however slightly) with the driver's forward vision. I know other manufacturers have them there too but that GM grab handle is huge!
