Shoutbox Slowing The Site

the shoutbox is slowing the site down, create a seperate page to put it on and not on every page. it is sucking bandwith

I don't know if it is the cause of slowing down every boby's machine or not, but my screen jumps every few seconds.

there is waaay to much going on google adds loading the banner ads trying to load and the shout box loading and refreshing all at the same time and it is killing the speed. just create a new page but do not put any ads on it whatsoever. have you checked how much bandwith it is using since you installed it?

this is what i use http://www.myshoutbox.com/ it is not integrated into the site but it does not slow it down because it is on a totally different server
