'08 Suburban....how To Remove Dash Panel Below Steering Wheel?

I've got an '08 Suburban and need to remove the dash panel that is beneath the steering wheel. Underneath it there are two screws, but it is still held on tightly by, I am assuming clips, and possibly by an unseen screw or screws so I'm hesitant to just start yanking on this thing. Can anyone tell me the proper way to take it off without damaging it?

Apparently, GM doesn't like for people to be helped.

In any event, my modified answer to you will be, "a few screws and pull carefully."

Remove the left instrument panel outer trim cover. Refer to Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover Replacement.

Remove the park brake release handle. Refer to Parking Brake Release Handle Assembly Replacement.

Thanks Arubenstein, it is most appreciated, that is exactly the info I needed!

GM's position on this really sucks, I was unaware of it until I read through the thread. The sharing of this info can't possibly hurt their profits, this info is great to share between and can often save bugging the parts/service guys who have more important things to do. Probably some corporate attorney worried about liability.
