Borla Pro-xs Muflers 2008 Sierra

I went by the muffler shop today and was talking to them. I had narrowed my selection down to either Magnaflow or Borla. I like the sound of the GMPP system, but that's pretty big $$$. The shop had a Borla Pro-XS muffler in stock, and for a tad over $100 installed I went for that. Wow...that stock muffler was huge and heavy! He just cut the stocker off, and made a little small s-bend and I kept all the stock tailpipe.I don't have a good digital video camera, so I used my little Sony W7 Cyber Shot to make a video.It sounds good at low rpm's and sounds real nice when opened up.Click below to play video...

I wanted to keep the stock tailpipe, bit I did'nt like the look of the pipe. So I painted it with high-temp heat paint. Now it kind of blends in with the frame and does'nt stick out like a sore thumb.

paint looks good. when i redo my exhaust it will get engine painted black as well. the stuff that it was previously done with didnt last very long as it is now rusting.
