Package includes: Wheels, Tires, Lug nuts(4 locking), Tire pressure sensors, Chevy centercaps. The GM model number is CK994. If the combo has 5000 miles that would be a lot. Excellent condition, no curb rash. The tires are Goodyear LS.

 

I would prefer local pickup (Albany NY).
