2000 Tahoe 5.3 - Ac Blows Luke Warm

I have a 2000 Tahoe 5.3 that I have been trying to sell since May and haven't started it very often since its been for sale. At one point I didn't start it for about a month. The battery was dead from sitting and I was able to jump start it and charged it a few times, but it was totally dead, so I replaced it. I hadn't used the A/C since last summer and I tried it about a month ago and it just blew luke warm. Last year it worked fine all summer. Could there have been something that was reset or something like that when the battery died several times before being replaced? Is there something in the system that might have seized up from lack of use? or is it most likely a leak? Are there any TSB on this? Any other things to look for?

Thanks for any help

Your AC not turning on could be , in fact, that the system is low on refrigerant and the low pressure switch has it out. Get someone to check the charge.

Unused for a season, o-rings will dry up and crack, leading to leaks.  Check to see if you have any freon left in the system.

After inspecting my truck a little more, I have noticed that i don't hear the compressor turning on. Does that mean that the compressor has to be replaced for sure or are there other things that could cause the compressor not to engage.
