Gmc Medium Duty Truck - Factory Build Sheet

I am a new member and I just purchased a 1998 GMC Medium Duty Truck. I noticed some of you are able to get the Factory Build Sheets. It would help me a lot to know what equipment I have on this truck as I have nothing that came with it, not even a owners manual. I am not even sure of the model number, it is a 6500 or 7500. Here is the VIN 1GDJ7H1C4WJ514861

Welcome aboard GM won't let any body run vin #'s and build sheets any more, at least I don't think they are aloud as of yet.

Welcome to the site! If you can, post some pictures. The medium duties are bad a$$!!

 

Your best bet is to head to your local dealer. They should be able to get you copies of build sheets and the owners manual. Depending on how nice they are they might not even charge you.

Hey, I agree with what Merlin has posted above, heading to the local dealer can get you copies of Factory Build Sheets and also the owners manual for your medium duty trucks.
