Window Problem It Doesn't Down!

Hi, I have a problem with the Driver's Window, It doesn't down.

You try to get it up, and you hear a pump like trying to get up, (obviusly it doesn't up more, beacuse is on top)...

Yif you try to down, you hear nothing.

1rstly when i tryed it, it sound various clicks on the dashboard, lights go down rapidly.

The right door's window function perfectly.

i found today, it make a sound like when you leave the keys inserted... but it's only one each time you try to get down the window.

help, I know i have warranty, but in Venezuela, there's a very very bad service in wich you don't want to need and to use! :S
