Settings Don't Work - Keyless

Hey Guys,

 

1st - AWESOME JOB PHILLIES AND PSU!!!!!!

 

2ND - I have a 2006 GMC Denali....my Keyless works...well kinda... It opens doors etc. the only thing that it does not do is the seat is changed it will not go back to my #1/#2 settings. I have a #1 and a #2 keyless. When I unlock the door from the keyless after the seat has been changed, will not put the seat back to the #1/#2 position, so I tried it with the #2 keyless it won't too. When I open the door and hit the Drive #1/#2 button it will go to my settings.

 

Not sure what I need to do here. Thanks in advance!

First. Are the batteries fresh in the remotes? Many claims of odd behavior can be traced to weak batteries.

 

Id all is good there, you might have to have the dealer reflash the control module and then reprogram the fobs. My Dad's Suburban got amnesia once and none of the fobs would work. Dealer reflashed the CU and programmed the fobs and all has been well since.
