Transmission Trouble?help

Hey gueys alright this morning its very cold out about 20 degrees went to start my blazer was driving it and it was driving fine then. Out of nowhere my transmission does something very weird it has been doing this for awhile but not this bad. What i am experiancing is when i stopped at a red light i went to take off engine revs then truck jerks a couple times then takes off but the engine revs before the truck moves.

 

So what is wrong with my transmission also for along time when i have gone very slow and went to take off there is a clunk somewhere is the driveline Could this be a ujoint causing the slipping event and noise i hear???

 

It also usually only does it when i go around corners is when it slips the most but todays it doesnt matter it took about 2 to 3 seconds before the tranny caught up and made the truck takeoff

 

Rev move a little then finally takeoff

 

Also why does cold weather make lifters louder in a vehicle???

 

Overall in the cold the vehicle has random popping sounds noises etc.. Lol do vehicles hate the cold???

check the transmission fluid level. if its low.. it will cause a rev.. then bang into gear action.
