Reporting To Credit Agencies

I am a registered business owner and was wondering is there a way I can report unpaid accounts to credit agencies? Or is that only reserved for collection agencies? Not that I need to report someone, but have encountered late accounts and got no responses after many letters and phone calls in the past. Sometimes when I threaten to report the late account, the late account people cough up the cash for fear of getting bad credit.

I believe you can only report to the credit agencies if the debt is a part of a credit based transaction. Either way, I would call and ask;
