I have ask a couple of times before but still have got the answer I wanted. I have a 2008 Z71 Crew Cab LTZ with 265 65 18's.I would like to get bigger tires but I am not sure want size will fit on a stock truck with no lift.

If I am not mistaken, you can go up to 285 mm width without any interference.

However, your speedometer will be reading too low because the 285 tire will be taller, unless you go with smaller aspect ratio.

NOPE!

I have 285's on my truck on the stock 17's

 

never had an issue even when i take it off road

 

your speedomiter will be about 5 mph off but i haven't had a problem with that either

Lots of people are running 285s in 17 inch tires. Not sure in 18s what will fit. (or what is available) You should be able to go up one size with minimal interference.
