Nice truck! Looks really complete too. (including the usually missing spare tire caddy)

The 350 didn't happen until 1967. It was a stroked 327.

Not doubting you sandman. I'm just saying that the 350 didn't evolve until 1967, and that a 350 was a stroked 327. So, in other words, 1965 didn't come with a stock 350.

the guy probably dropped in a Stock 350 motor. Not stock like it came with from the factory. Its even got AC! Dammn nice pickup too, Thats one of my favorite bodystyles along with the 73 to 87s!!

ill tell him that its a 327....basterd,,<<<<he he

If you want to get really picky... that radial AC compressor didn't come on that truck, nor did that bracket and pulley setup, or the late model brake booster and master cylinder or the alternator. The chrome air cleaner and valve covers are obviously not OEM either... or even that distributor.

These are all very common upgrades on these old trucks to make them more reliable and comfortable. The intake and exhaust manifolds look rather vintage. This might be a late 60s or early 70s small block.

EDIT: I'd certainly still drive it!

i sure knew that..the truck was in a grage for over 20 years in Qatar

the mods you see are done in saudi..it even has a cam kit cam.valves.springs...etc

and the A\C\ is also not an OEM thing

the hand work without the parts cost the owner less than 500$

the workshop guy just loved the truck he even said he'll do it 4 free :)
