Part Number Help

OK I've been having problems with my wife's Silverado. It looks like it's a vaccuum leak and I think I know where it's coming from. The tube that goes from the PCV valve to the intake manifold is broke and I think that it's sucking extra air from there causing a really rough idle and sputtering. I looked at GMPartsDirect but can't seem to find the right part. Does anyone have any idea what this part is called and what the number is?
