Unknown Driver/guages Not Working

My truck (2004 GMC 2500HD, 6.0L)is having issues, the following is the chain of events:

1) I came back from a 3 week trip to find my battery dead

2) Jumped it with my charger, it started and all things worked ok, went for a short drive

3) Got back home, turned the truck off, then restarted it

4) Now the following conditions exist (however truck does start):

Remote fobs do not work, either set

Dome lights do not come on when I open the door

Radio not working

Battery light, airbag, and ABS lights on

Only the speedo and tach guage work

Will not indicate what gear is selected

DIC says Uknown Driver

 

The above conditions exist, but truck starts and runs and drives.

Hmm... Does not sound like a happy situation. It sounds like the BCM is very confused. I would try disconnecting the battery for 5 minutes then reconnecting with the hope that this will reset the BCM.

Forgot to mention that I have disconnected the battery for 30 minutes as well. Any other possiblities?
