I want to upgrade my whitie truck 17" oem wheels to 20" black rims, but some people say that crome looks better,

 

WHAT'S YOU'RE SUGGESTIONS?

With it whited out it looks like a street truck. You should drop the truck, and go with some white rims with a chrome lip to match the nerf bars. Would look really unique.

Chrome with white is a better look than black with white IMO. You also need some tow hooks, the valence looks empty without them.

 

Black wheels only look good on certain trucks (and if you leave the chrome nerf bars, black wheels would look extremely out of place).
