Cargo Management System

I recently purchased a 2008 GMC Sierra with the cargo management system. The truck was sent out by the dealer to have Line-X installed. There were some overspray areas that caused me to look between the cab and the box. One of the "toggle" fastening devices was not properly in place between the cab and the box. The toggle device was tilted and the bolt hardly had any threads catching. (Imagine what would have happened if something was pulling on it.) I was able to remove the bolt and hold the toggle nut in place. The bolt was re-inserted and it was snugged up properly. I was able to check the other two front bolts and they were fine. The side bolts are not visible for the rear two on each side. (The front side bolts can be seen from the stake pocket holes.) How do I check the other side bolts to make sure they are fastened properly? I would not want to tie anything to the side rails until I make sure the bolts have enough threads holding them. I was fortunate to see the front bolt that was not fastened properly. It casued me to wonder about the other bolts. I was not able to see any installation instructions on any of the websites. Any help would be appreciated.
