Oil Cooler Connection On Radiator Leaking - Repairable?

I noticed the lower oil cooler line connection on my radiator was wet with a bit of oil. It looks like the oil is starting to seep at the flange that meets the radiator and the cooler line connection is fine. Does anyone know if this flange is replaceable or is it integral to the radiator? I'm not getting any drips on the floor yet but want to know if this is repairable while I keep an eye on it.
