Common Faults Question

Is there a list of common faults one can expect too have with a particular vehicle?

I have a Canadian 2006 GMC 2500HD auto, 6.0 litre 4x4.

I already bought a new style intermediate steering shaft and just found out i can expect the transfer case too start leaking and cost 2500 bucks too fix, is there anything else I can look forward too???

The T-case is something that is going to be a problem or not a problem. In most cases it is not a problem but there is always a possibility that yours could be one of the problem ones.

 

Remember that these forums are great, but the majority of the people that search them and post problem areas are the minority of truck owners. Most of these trucks are very reliable!

Don't worry about your t-case. It will most likely be OK.
