Does Mother's Chrome Polish Contain A Rust Remover?

I see a lot of chrome polishes that say they remove rust. Mother's Chrome Polish doesn't say anything about rust removal. Anyone know if it does? I don't want to just cover up the rust, but remove it while polishing at the same time. (rust is just a little surface rust on front bumper).

The mothers bottle says that a second application may be necessary on badly stained or rusted surfaces...Hope this helps...
