Blue Bowtie Posted May 26, 2002 Posted May 26, 2002 Hey, I'm thinking about replacing the orange lenses on my S10 with some clear corners, I think it will look much better this way...so what is the best brand??? What do you guys prefer that will be street legal and NOT look "riced out"? Where is a good place to purchase your fav. brand? Thanks for the help! Gotta love GM-Trucks.com!!! Brandon
silverado man Posted May 28, 2002 Posted May 28, 2002 Just bringing it back up to the top. I don't know but I'm sure somebody could help.
sincityZ71 Posted May 29, 2002 Posted May 29, 2002 I know alot of people have gotten theirs from procarparts.com, including Tom (MountaineerTom) on this site. Haven't heard any complaints about them, and I believe they do include everything, like bulbs and all. I am planning on getting a set of them one of these days too form my 'rado. Hope that helps. procarparts.com
MountaineerTom Posted May 29, 2002 Posted May 29, 2002 Yep, I got my clear corners for my Fullsize at ProCarParts. They sell these Diamond Clears for the '98-'02 S-10's for $35.00. They have the "etching" or dimple looking things on the reflector part on the inside. I don't know how it affects the light output though. My 1/2 ton has the "regular" clear corners, and they did come with all the bulbs needed.. My Cleat Corner Lights Their shipping was pretty high in my opinion. Around $10.00 and it took aver a wekk to get them here. I'm happy with mine though.
SilveradoWV Posted May 29, 2002 Posted May 29, 2002 I had them on my 01 S10 Blazer ZR2 before I traded it, already sold them though! They were APCs and were excellent quality, I would either go with APCs or some made by Toucan industries!
Blue Bowtie Posted May 29, 2002 Author Posted May 29, 2002 Thanks for the reply guys, I really appreciate it! I have to find the clear corners that are shorter, because I have the optional factory fog lights in my grille assembly, I hardly see very many S10's like this for some reason... Brandon
