Supposedly the guy he was yelling at was known for messing with the lights and what not in the middle of the take. It wasn't the first time he interrupted the shoot. Bale did go off more than he should, but there's another side to this story. I think there's an article on MSNBC that goes into more detail.

Yes the guy was being a distration during a take...a big no no, but on the other hand it's the director that should have said something, it's his film....it's not a hot headed actors place to tell people what to do and when to do it.

Don't know the guy, but he doesn't sound like a class act. Imagine if you saw a service manager cussing out the mechanic, or a chef berating a cook. Time to leave, quality must suck. If we use him as a judge the movie sucks and is not worth spending a nickel on. I'll bet all you Texans would categorize him as someone who needs an ass whoopin. Isn't he the guy that terrorizes his mother and sister? All the gym time in the world won't get the pre-teen prissy diva girl out of him.

lol, So you have never been pissed at a co worker before? Never yelled at one of your workers? Never been in the military? He's an A-list actor, I doubt his mood effects his performance. I'm not trying to defend him against everything, but you guys are acting like he should be kicked in the nuts for having a bad day and loosing his cool.

The lighting guy was warned before, and he had previous interuptions. I would have gone off on him pretty bad if he keep doing little things to get in the way. From what I understand the guy was a typical puss that instead of saying something, just keep doing small stuff to get in the way and be distracting, and then Bale finally had enough and tore the guy a new one. There is always a different side to the story. Did Bale have to drop as many F-bombs? I was not there, but I have meet enough people that were "closet wusses" that instead of bringing up a issue properly, would do stupid stuff to be distracting as a way to "get back", and not man up and say what needed to be said to air out a issue correctly. Again I was not there but there is more to this than just the long F-bomb drop.
