Rear License Lap Cover

I'm having a hard time finding a part number for the cover for the rear license plate lamps on a 2004 Silverado. Not sure why the cap fell off, but amazingly even in rain, snow, salt, and crappy weather the bulb still works without any protection over it. I was going to look on the GM Parts direct website, but they require a part number. Also does anyone have/used/know of an LED replacement that does a great job in place of the standard I believe 194 bulbs that are there? Thanks.
