Issue After Changing Tranny Fluid

Hey guys. First time poster, short time reader. Anyways, I just changed the tranny filter in my 01 1500 (what a joy that was) and now when I have the wheels cranked it feels like there is resistance. I'm not much of a mechanic but I like to do my own maintenance and other light duties. But are these things related or just coincidental timing? Any hints or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Did you jack the vehicle up to change the fluid or did it sit on ramps?

what you mean by the wheels cranked.. like turning the wheel to turn? the trans would have no affect at all on that for sure. Could you of bent something in the steering when lifting it?
