Yeah the Syclones and Typhoons are pretty sweet vehicles. The biggest downfall is finding one. I found a typhoon last summer that was slightly wrecked and considered buying it but it was missing some of the body cladding and that is near impossible to find.

yeah i dont want to buy one untill i have a plce to store it. i will only drive it on nice days otherwise it will be under a cover and parked. But i will buy one if its the last thing i do.

The web and a web browser were around in '91 when the Syclone came out, though very rudimentary. But even before that I remember reading about the Syclone on Gopher sites and in nntp news groups. But then I've been hopping around the internet since '84.

When I was 16... I was buying my first car... a used 1972 Plymouth satellite with 318 v8... I sat in a Brand new syclone while waiting for the paper work to be completed, not having a clue what it was all about... thinking it was the coolest truck since sliced bread...

 

Just a memory... Cool little trucks.
