U-joint Replacement

I recently had the nickel plated slip yoke replaced on my Silverado and it came with new u-joints. My question is are these the rear u-joints or front? I didn't do the work so I don't have any idea. The reason I ask is my truck has just developed a slight squeak and tapping underneath and I think it's the other u-joints that are now toast. So which ones are the ones that didn't get replaced? And what would a dealer charge to replace them? Or should I have an another shop do the work cheaper? And if you have any suggestions on good u-joint replacements that would be helpful too. LOL Thanks!

Slip yoke is on the front of the driveshaft, going into the tail of the transmission, so I'd assume that it's the rear one being noisy if the one on the slip yoke is new.
