05 Sierra 6.0l Oil Leak

My truck just started leaking recently, I noticed a spot the size of a quarter in two places on the garage floor. When I climbed under to inspect, there was oil on the bell housing and around the fiter area too. I assumed it was the filter and replaced it. After searching the internet and finding all the RMS issues, I got petrified!!! After further inspection, there is oil on my starter bolts as well. Is the CPS in the same location on my 05 as it is on the NBS? If so does somebody have a part # for the o-ring?I think I have a possible leak where the cooler line attatch to the block( near the filter) as well

I'm not rulling out the rear main seal, but my warranty expired at the end of july 08 (time). My truck has only 22,000 miles on it.

When I worked at a Chrysler dealership, our dirstrict manager often authorized warranty repairs past the scheduled warranty. Is this common with GM?

I found out today that I have an iron block so I think the RMS is ok. I called the dealer and they told me I needed to order the CPS to get the o-ring. Any body no if there is an OEM part# for the o-ring, or just matching it up with one from a kit?

Thanks
