'03 Tahoe Rear Control Panel

My '03 Tahoe has the RSE (rear seat ent.) package as well as rear climate control. Just noticed the control panel doesn't work any more. Don't know for how long. It doesn't light up or power up or anything. I checked and it's plugged up. Checked the fuse for Rear Climate Control and it's fine. Any other ideas?

Have you actually check if it is getting power, with a meter?

I thought of that but it didn't work. I haven't checked power yet. It was late last night when I figured out it wasn't working. I pulled the console apart around midnight to verify it was hooked up. I couldn't find my meter so I got aggravated and quit.
