Im Back In The Club Boys!

Well after 3 years stuck in a car, I'm back in the GM truck club!!!!!! I'm picking up my brand new 2009 Silverado White Diamond Crew in 2 weeks down in NC and I cannot wait. I used to own a 2004 GMC 2500HD Ext. that I adored, but gas was a pain so I thought I'd do a car for awhile BOY WAS I WRONG (it's kind of hard to toss a deer over the roof of a Lexus IS250!!) Don't get me wrong, the Lexus was awesome and I had it lowered with 19's with badges shaved and the whole works, it was hot!! But getting back up into a truck is going to be awesome and I can't wait for the road trip home in my new baby!! And what better timing because now I can go to the blackbear meet in Pittsburgh this May.

***Note: These exterior pictures are a truck in Florida that I just saw today on vacation and took pictures of. The Interior pictures are from my truck that I am picking up in North Carolina. Also, I have the 6" oval steps not the 3 inchers. The Florida pictures are unreal because the sun was so bright today!! That paint pops off the body!!***

6.2/6 speed?

Unfortunately, no. 5.3L Flex with the 6 speed. 6.2 would be nice, but I guess I'll get some decent fuel economy. And besides, my car now is a Lexus IS250 AWD with a weak 2.5L 6 banger at 204 horses , 0-60 is only 8.3 seconds!!!!!! It's so slow I want to cry.

After my blackbear tune, my truck will be as fast, if not faster than my car!!

yea that's not a bad idea. Im the first one to go out of everyone, so i won't meet hardly anyone. It'd be nice to have some people there to talk shop!
