Today I Started My Mod Ordering Already....

I bought my truck Monday, and today I ordered the Tough Country 2" leveing kit with front spacers with rear add-a-leaf's (for hauling bikes and boats and some bed rail caps from Rocky Mountain Suspension.

Now, how big of a tire can I fit on my stock rims? I really want the tires to be at least even with the fenders, or they could stick out just a bit. I am thinking I could at least get a 285/65-18 on there, but will that bring them out even with the fenders? If not, are there wheel spacers? I'd love to get a 325/65-18, but I don't think I can sqeeze them on the factory rims. If I could find some second hand or close out rims and tires (18"-20"), I would be against that either.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, awesome site!

I want to say a 305/50 or 305/55, one of those anyways, is about as big as you can go with just the leveling kit. atleast that's what I've gathered in the short time Ive been on here

Looks good! Get ready for the debadging heckling from Daddy :dunno:

You will love it after you get the leveling kit installed. I know I do on my 07 Sierra.

I'm going to be leveling mine soon too. It's been on my "ta-do" list for a while now. Congrats on the truck!

Awesome man! I've had mine 13 months and I just ordered my level kit today. Enjoy the truck.. I moved up from a 2001 and while I still loved my old truck, the new ones are phenomenal!

Welcome to the site.

I'd recommend the 285/65's. There ain't no way in hell you'd fit 325's on there w/o a lift.

I thought so too.

Does anyone know if the 285 will fit on the stock rims?
