I have a 2008 Silverado Crew Cab LTZ. I am trying to take off the front left and right panels on the center console. I know there are two tabs and something holding them in the middle. What is holding them in the middle and how do I get them apart. Thank you in advance.

  Many folks have reported they are much better than the Ranchos. I've read a lot of complains about the Ranchos.

  Yes, stock height. These ones can accommodate up to 1" of leveling.

  all I hear is we want want basic trucks, yet everytime I see a new one on the road it is not the basic truck......its a mid trim and up........with discounts and negotiation you can get one in high 30s low 40s I paid 34-36k for my 2005 Toyota tundra in 2006......these higher trims didn't even exist, they wouldn't build them if we didn't want them........you can most certainly buy a very affordable brand new P/U people just don't REALLY want them........what they really want is the Trail Boss/LTZs to be in high 30s-40s and that's never gonna happen......probably not here so much but in general most suck at negotiating as well so there's that watch what they do not what they say, lol

  I dont mind chrome, never have....am 58yrs old though and grew up with it my SLT 2500 is chrome....looks sharp when clean
