Power Window Conversion

So, I got a pretty decent deal on my new truck that I have to use for work. Its a 2002 GMC Sierra 2500HD Automatic, Ext Cab. It's a work truck edition, but for $2900 I couldn't pass it up. Its already got the gooseneck hitch, brake controller, trans and rear diff coolers and everything else I wanted...except for the interior.

I have to go across the country today to get the seats out of a 01' Silverado Ext Cab [bucket fronts and rear bench all in gray] as well as the door panels.

I want to convert it to power windows, and use the door panels from a 01' with full power. As far as mounting switches, thats not a problem. The major problem I have, is what kit should I get to do the actual power lifting and such. Has anyone else done this?

I wonder if its already prewired for the window switches? I also wonder if the power windows for some reason have to go through the BCM. If that is the case you may need to have your BCM reprogramed by the dealer. This is all speculation since I have never messed with adding power windows in a newwer truck. I say take the door apart and see if you lucky enough to find some wires tied up in there. Good luck.

Nope, theres nothing prewired there. I just took the drivers door apart, and its all crank window.
