Bose Speaker Replacement

Hey there, just wondering if anyone out there has had to replace any of there bose speakers. I have a blown front speaker in my GMT800 and i'm just wondering how much its going to hurt when i go pick one up at the dealer? There not open yet so i can't call to get a price. Thanks

More than it would to replace both front door speakers with a good aftermarket 2 ohm set.

 

Don't waste your money on those Bose speakers.

 

I have a shiney set like new, but I plan on popping them back in if I get rid of the truck.

Hey all,

 

I just got a set of JL Audio component speakers because the driver's door Blowse speaker died. The JL's are 2 ohm. They came with adapter brackets. Anyone replaced them and install crossovers? I'm looking for installation tips if anyone's got any!
