Price On 2008 Sierra Reg Cab 2wd

Its a leftover '08, reg cab, 2WD, 5.3 SLE1, towing, locking diff, etc. Sticker is just under 28,000, they are asking 23,000 including the 3000 rebate. Also, it was built before the price increase in the middle of the '08 production year, so it is a little less than it would be to begin with. I'm thinking it could be at least 1000 lower, any opinions? (They dont know about my GM mastercard earnings and a 750 coupon I received). Its also a couple of states away, but that isn't a problem for me. Thanks for any advice!

I think its high. I gave 24 for a ext cab Z71 LT loaded up perty good too.
