anybody know if the Avalanche exhaust is the same as the Silverado? Will this fit my truck is really what I'm interested in knowing?

The avalanches are a tad bit shorter, BUT you could add a couple of inches to the tailpipe section where it exits the muffler and make it work just fine. If I were you I would keep an eye on that ebay listing and see what it goes for.... IF I didn't have one I'd be bidding for sure. You won't find a new system by Corsa anything less than 700. Trust me, I researched this for MONTHS. You won't be one bit disapointed in a Corsa system either that's for sure

Is the Avalanche exhaust the same all the way till the end? I can have a pipe extension welded on if needed and keep it hidden. If the piping is the same from the cat to the muffler, and from the muffler over the rear end, this could be something I am interested in. My concern is if the piping is all wrong, it could cost more to make it right than just buying the correct setup.

around $300.00 I polished the tips and muffler. It's in nice shape.

Do you happen to know what the part number for just the muffler is? I have an 08 Silverado Crewcab and I have the Touring right now. I'm thinking about swaping the muffler and going with the Sport. If it's the same muffler as the 08 Silverado Sport kit, I might considering buying it. You probably don't want to sell just the muffler, but I might be willing to buy the kit, especially if you are asking around $300.
