Suspension Bushings

My 2000 1500 2wd is developed major squeaks when I drive on rough roads, which are everywhere around town. I have a 3in lift which came with new shocks about 4 years ago. I'm fairly sure the shocks arn't that great but I don't think they are the problem (plain white shocks). I think the problem is my bushings, I understand that it is hard for you guys to diagnose without hearing it. I've looked online for new bushings but I want to hear some some first hand advice/experience.

Also, can I change them myself? I put the lift on myself. I'm not useless but I don't have as many tools here at college. A buddy of mine has a shop back home where I put the lift in.

I was thinking it might be time to replace all of them, none of the suspension has been touched (the lift aside). The only parts that were changed with the lift were the knuckles and of course rear blocks. Does this sound right or should I be looking elsewhere to fix the squeaks?
