Front Bumper Alignment

When I bought the truck the bumper was crooked, I don't know if its bent or just needs to be adjusted. The passenger side is about a half inch lower than the drivers side. Does anyone know if the holes are slotted so the bolts can be loosened than moved and retightened? Do you just need to remove the bottom valance?

A number of folks had similar issues on their GMT900's. They were able to loosen the bolts and adjust their bumpers so that they were even on both sides. AFAIK the holes aren't slotted, but there is enough wiggle room to adjust the bumper.
