New Led Tails On My 08'

Just installed my new LED tail lights. i'll have to wait until it gets dark to get some more pics of it... i LOVE them. they are deffinately brite. i was a little worried at first after reading some posts and people wishing there's were brighter.

The brand is IPCW, the instal was easy and fit is perfect. They were a little spendy but well worth it. The only thing i don't really care for is that the third brake light lights up red on the outer ends and the long strip in the middle is for the cargo lights. Other than that they are perfect.

oh yeah.. they have a fiber optic ring around the reverse lights, kind of like a halo thats on with the running lights.

I love how it looks lit up, at night... but I don't like how it looks in the day. I have a silver birch truck, and I think it would make it a little too ricer.

I have some myself. Different brand, but LED. I posted them here and got not so hot reviews from the forum family...Oh well...I like them, and that really all that matters.

 

I did the third brake light like you have but did not care for the middle light being the cargo light either, so I returned them and got the Putco one and it's awesome. Center is Red brake and outer is cargo white LED and very bright. I guess I'm a Ricer....

i read about some fitment issues with anzo... http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/index.php?...975&hl=Anzo and other places.

IPCW makes some really good looking silverado LED, Fiber Optic tail lights; red, black clear.

Fit was perfect on my sierra and also, everything is self contained on the IPCW. it looks like the anzo's have some extra stuff hanging off of them. maybe some resisters or something.

I got mine from a local shop, they are pretty new to the market with the Fiber Optics in them.

this is the back of the Anzo lights. the back of my IPCW's looked almost identical to the factory one's except for the resisters built in flush and without all those other wires hanging around. they plug into the factory bulb sockets.

Is this a picture of when the brake light are on, the turn signal or just the running lights? Would you be able to post some pics of them with just the running light, then the brake lights on and turns if possible. I am considering a set and from what I see the brake and turn signals light up differently, but I have not seen an actual working set. Thanks

the running lights use the middle row and round fiber optic lighs. the brake lights and blinkers use the same two rows of lights. and the running and brake together use them all. the pics don't do them justice, they are really brite and clean-clear lights.
