Possible Fuse Missing

I was testing my fuses yesterday when I noticed that a fuse appeared to be missing. There's the two slots in the fuse block that say "Power" and have an arrow pointing to the two slots. I've got a fuse in the lower slot, but nothing in the upper. Is this for power door locks/windows, or something else?

Need to post a picture and what vehicle it's for, or at least the vehicle and the fuse number. I don't think anyone will be able to tell you from a description. A factory service manual would tell you as well.

Try looking in your owner's manual. It may explain what it is for.

The only exception is that the fuse at the "Power" is reversed. The one in the picture is in the upper position, while mine is in the lower position.

These are circuit breakers. The upper would be for power windows per my 92 book.

Good deal. I think ours are close enough that that's what it's for. I don't have power windows or locks, so that would make sense. Thanks!
