Rusted On Backside

So im looking at doing a repair on a piece of rust on my truck. When i got into an accident about 2 years ago the guy crushed the side of my box, but the dealership replaced it with a new one. I have crowned coated my truck every year since the first day i got it but where i got hit on the back side of the panel where the frame is there's a small rust spot. How can i repair or put on it so it freezes it or stops it from spreading. i have uploaded a picture of a similar truck a circled where the rust is but on the back side of the panel/ box

All you can do is sand and repaint or if you want to stop it get a can of Krown or Rust Check and spray the area good.
