For the money, it is hard to go wrong with a single 10" box from subthump.com. They are good quality and fit perfectly. I recently put one in my ext. cab.

I had some 3/4 mdf and some time. I built one myself. I'm sure if Subthump looked, they'd be pissed. "wonder where he got that idea"
