The dmaxes start amazing well, unassisted, even at zero F (and below). Yes they wait for the glow plugs. The elevated idle may wait for a minute or 2 before ramping up the idle if it is close to zero, but not so long if just below freezing. Elevated idle uses turbo vane positioning and torque converter drag to warm both the engine AND the transmission.

It can also be purchased at authorized vehicle and truck dealerships. Additionally, some diesel truck fueling stations or retailers may have DEF for purchase. For vehicles with an active OnStar® subscription, OnStar can help to locate a DEF retailer." Seems like def from a truck stop or retailer is ok per the owners manual.

I didn't read the rest of the thread, but take it in. There is a recall. Just had mine done. Dealer advised of recall, I did not get paperwork from GM.

Just leave it in drive, but use the tow/haul reduce unnecessary shifting.

AN3 seats on SLT are 10 way AN3 seats on Denali are 12 way (which are not available on SLT)

You could also verify which transmission on the glove box RPO label. MYC is the 6 speed M5U is the 8 speed I

My S7 charges fine on the pad BUT - I don`t have an external case - the phone must be screen up, and pushed to the back of the charge tray - so when I use it I set the bottom of the phone against the back of the tray area and then lay the phone down -- works every time - if not properly placed or if it gets moved and the connection is broken then it must be removed completely from the pad before it will reestablish a connection - tray charging is MUCH MUCH slower than using the cable, so if I`m concerned about getting it charged it gets connected to the USB - the main reason it gets hooked up is if I want to use `live traffic`on google maps; - if not needing charge and I don`t want live traffic, it probably stays in my pocket - I leave the end of a usb cable sticking out thru the notch at the front of the storage bin so iféwhen it is needed it can be located without opening the bin lid

I was i that camp to, til I figured out that the same front axle engage system came with either version of the transfer case. BIL found out that if the front axle actuators don't do their thing, it doesn't matter where the floor lever is.

That's the main reason they have neutral

A little extra tire wear, but the truck will be fine.

Replacing the frame is MUCH easier than it is being made out to be.

Supplier makes them the way GM tells them to. Anything else is just marketing/sales 'spin'. Just sayin'....
