    If the brackets on the side were a few more inches taller vertically, a roll up vinyl cover would probably roll right under that rack. Awesome work on the rack! EDIT: Nevermind, forgot about the rails the roll up covers need on the bed rails to roll on.

    I just think the camera is garbage. I have the stock license plate lights but have the Putco bar with reverse lights and it washes the camera out at night too.

    As the title says, what's some aftermarket LED tail lights you've had good luck with. I knocked a hole in the drivers side OEM assembly so figure there's no time like the present to upgrade to LED. Would prefer lights with the hyperflash resistor already wired in but I'm open to options as well.

    You do realize they literally buy a frame, set it next to the truck then move everything from the old frame to the new frame? I got rear ended a little over a year ago and the body shop was telling me what would happen if the frame was bent (it wasn't). Kudos to the Dealer for stepping up on this one but I'd also be looking for an extended warranty to cover any issues from the frame swap as well.

    I think this is true with anything that stays plugged into the OBD-II port. I used to use the Automatic sensor for vehicle monitoring in my 2014 and briefly in my 2018 and whenever it was installed, OnStar reports would be blocked.

    There is a post here somewhere from about a year or so ago of someone adding these to their truck. Did a quick search and wasn't able to find it.

    I'm sure this has been covered, but at 78 pages and on a slow connection, I'm not currently able to read them all. I have a 2018 with the jump seat. My neighbor just got a 2016 with the center console that he wants to trade. Both are non-Bose, non e-assist. Would we both need to get harnesses for the swap or just me going from the jump seat to the console? Having access to his truck, is there a harness in it that I could take to make the swap work without having to buy a harness, and not leaving him with inoperable USB/Aux?

    ...and the inspections keep garbage cars off the road. I never realized how much I appreciated PA inspections until I moved back to Illinois and have to occasionally share the road with some pretty sketchy vehicles.

    I suppose you also noticed your 'path' going up the wall of the porch, too? It's a discolored band of light being projected by the tail lights.

    You're about 10 minutes from where I used to be in Cranberry Twp.

    I kept mine with the registration for the truck when I lived in PA as well. You only need it if you get pulled over and are pulling a trailer/hauling something in the bed to prove the truck is registered at that weight class.

    Mine is a 2018 5.3 CCSB 4X4 and it isn't on the list either.

    Is that slot below the button the credit card reader for OnStar?

    I'm not much on the '19s but that is a sharp truck. Really like the distinct black and white of it.

    From what I can hear in the videos, yes, 'chirping' would be an accurate description.

    There aren't many things on a truck that can make that noise at speed. Just trying to narrow down places to look that could potentially be it.

    That sounds like it could be the flapper valve oscillating with the exhaust. I'd clamp it open and drive the truck and see if it stops making the noise.

    That does, and I agree with @sdeeter19555, I'd take a look at the condition of the U-joints in the driveshafts. It sounds like it's 'tension' based and the most common place for that to happen is the driveline.

    Does it change with engine speed? What I could hear, sounded like the beginnings of a bearing drying out. Maybe belt tensioner idler or alternator.

    This is the operation in my wife's Cadillac, too, which I assume is the same as the trucks. Adjust everything, press 'Set' then press and hold the location you want it saved to until it beeps.

    This was the game changer for me when I installed 5100's on my 2014. It was a huge improvement over the OEM's.

    Take that back apart and throw a little threadlocker on those bolts. I had to tighten those on my 2014 three times. The coarse thread on those don't lend themselves to being tightened and holding well. It drove me insane trying to find the source of the rattle the first time.
