    I had a very similar sound. Check the bolts that hold the battery down and make sure they're all tight.

    They absolutely should cover the fluid swap. They said the software update wasn't covered for me but I used my tuner to discover that even though I didn't pay for it they did it anyway.

    Did you look in the center console? Can you post a pic of the inside of the console?

    The cooled seats aren't actually cooled but ventilated using the cabin air. I'm willing to bet you have a leak in your condenser and lost all refrigerant.

    Even with a 6 inch lift you'll need to do some trimming.

    Try clamping the exhaust valve open and see if it stops.

    If you don't want a tune you can use something this which is what I originally used(check and make sure this fits your truck) Hypertech 752501 Speedometer Calibrator https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006RQ44O4/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_P47AM0A8PKWZVMX432MY I've since switched to black bear tune and would highly recommend going that route. Made my truck drive like a sports car.

    The amp is mounted on the rear wall of the cab I believe. To be honest, I wouldn't even attempt to add this sub....even if I got it for free. It sounds awful. I'm looking into replacements now.

    The charging system on these trucks is headed toward fuel efficiency so sometimes it's charging when running and sometimes not.
