  1. Anyone know if there has been any add a leaf packs made for our trucks yet or complete new lifted leaf pack? Want to lift the front but don't want to drive around with a stuck up nose. I am also not a huge fan of blocks.
  2. I asked the dealer to do it for me. Done when I picked it up. Otherwise I have done like Drew mentioned on past vehicles and had no issues.
  3. https://youtu.be/ceyPHrd3OXo With the right wheel spacer you can go as big as you want! Ha ha ha PS I don't recommend this!
  4. I went through the holes up front that I believe are for the extra tie down points. The one that is just below drain was just a bit too small. I might try again when it warms up to see if the hoses will be a bit more flexible and if I can get them to fit. I also have to put on the foam gasket for the front and the window protector. It was 5 degrees when I did the install
  5. Make sure you have it lined up prior to tightening the knobs up front. When tightened the lock washers really do a good job. I had tightened mine and after a little more checking the fit I decided that it needed to be just a little further back!
  6. Installed my Bak MX4 the other day
  7. One thing I have noticed with this truck is that when costing it holds on to your current speed better than my previous Silverado. Going down a slight hill my old Silverado would gain speed very easily and I would find myself 10 mph over speed limit quite often. And then on flat ground or a small incline it would loose speed. Anyone else notice that or am I just crazy? Old truck was a 2013
  8. Picked it up Saturday. Took it out hunting on Sunday!
  9. Go buy a 3D printer for a Christmas gift to yourself and make a wickedly sweet badge customized to you!
  10. According to Chevrolet my crew cab standard box should be arriving Friday. So hopefully next weekend I will be able to post my own pictures. So excited!
  11. Are those the factory powered side steps? You will have to share how you like them. I didn't order mine with them was thinking amp research power steps instead of the factory but am still undecided
  12. I think it looks good! However 4 tips makes me think of sports car/muscle car. I think removing the valance and adding 2 rectangular type tips carbon fiber or polished etc. would look more at home on a truck.
  13. Anyone have any ideas for how much longer until dealerships can order the standard box instead of the short box?
  14. You still have the chin guard on! Although I did notice it's easily removable on this gen with the screw heads being accessible
  15. My dealer was thinking 1-2 for the Chevy crew cab standard box. So hopefully we'll have them soon. Told the dealer to order me a 5.3 4WD High Country standard box when they are available.
  16. The dealership I have been working with said that he has heard that GM will start accepting orders for the standard box in the next week or two. I hope he's correct.
  17. Does anyone have a time frame when we can start ordering 2019 crew cab with standard box?
  18. Where did you find this information? I thought it was just different shocks and struts with a basic puck lift kit on top of the front struts from the information I had seen. This sounds a lot better. Maybe worth doing right away while waiting for support from the aftermarket companies.
  19. They should offer tracking like FedEx and UPS. Scan the vin and it uploads to a tracking website with current assembly status and then location on it's way to you. However it would probably make some customers mad when they see it Indiana then a trip to Orlando before turning around and being in Chicago on it's way to the final destination of Dallas!
