Who says they are not Bose speakers? Bose used to be a premium audiophile company decades ago......we all know they are pretty much just a name now and not premium audio products. You think GM buys from Bose the same as a consumer would? GM purchases from Bose in mass quantity with special made products to fit GM specs and GM pricing scheme.......they are not going to spend extra to be fancy looking or have a Bose logo on them, when they are hidden inside a door panel. "Bose" is just a marketing scheme to entice the consumer.........."WoW, look it has a Bose sound system in it" Whoop-D-Dooo.....

Just sayin..... Let us know the outcome in about 10-years......Not worth the time/effort IMHO.

Youngster! Back in high school (graduated in 1980) we used to strap an AM 9v transistor radio on the dash.....

When I was shopping for my 2023 High Country one of the options I wanted was the auto-running boards..... But, I could not find the other options I wanted and the color I wanted with them installed. So, I bypassed them.......after the fact I'm so glad I did not get them. I've talked to several owners with them and in Minnesota Winters they are nothing but a headache. Glad I got the permanent mount running boards instead.......no desire any longer to get the auto units.

I agree......not top notch audiophile quality audio but it doesn't sound terrible either IMHO, if adjusted properly for your tastes. Definitely not junk, like some here make it out to be. I probably plan on swapping out the dash and door speakers maybe this spring when it warms up as it won't cost too terrible much to do.

I'd charge them to clean the oil spots off your cement driveway...... That's BS on a brand new truck nowadays.....

Ouch......brand new $70K truck with a patch job on the roof. Nice! So why is this happening? Why just the passenger side? Who says drilling at each end of the crack will stop a new crack from forming?

Love the refreshed dash and LOVE the new shifter......takes a little bit to get used to but once you do, its so nice IMHO. The old column shifter was something from the 90's IMHO......about time it's refreshed and upgraded. Night and day difference from the old design (I had a 2020 RST and now have a 2023 High Country). New vs old.....NO-Brainer.... Why purchase someone else's used truck when you can get a brand new redesign for the same price.

Isn't the 2024 1500 exactly the same as the 2023 1500? They were both updated late 2022....... I have a 2023 1500 High Country with all the bells/whistles and have not had a single issue......flawless and not been back to the dealer for anything except oil changes. I'm going to go knock on wood, don't want to jinx myself! '

Nice truck but surely not fond of the total blacked out look.......must be too old (62) to understand it? As long as the owner likes it, that's what counts. I like some contrast to make it pop........ btw - I love the High Country side molding, looks sweet IMH.

If you do use the crossover do you loose those sounds? I see Crutchfield is out of stock.....bummer. I have points I can use there.....

Getting KBB on trades is not a big deal in the last 18-months........Used vehicles are still insane priced and KBB is behind the market. I got $41K on my 2020 Silverado ($4K over KBB) in May of this year when I purchased my 2023 High Country. $8K is a far cry from $20k.....just sayin'. Not saying you can't get some great deals, but these blatant false advertising deals are a rip off......But seems some people must still fall for them. I won't touch dealers that play those games......

Does the door chime and turn signals sound OK with the Pioneers? Heard others complain about it with aftermarket speakers.

Again....show me the bottom line, the price you as a customer pay before taxes and license! No trades either......major games are played with trades. It's a big advertising gimmick that suckers the unknowing into the dealership then gets them so excited they pay whatever the price is. Add back on fees, market adjustment, fluff packages like service plan agreements, rust proofing, or some miraculious miracle paint coating. You will never get $20K off sticker bottom line deal on a $70K truck.......think about it!

$20K off sticker? Sorry but I seriously doubt that is the end of the story...... A lot of dealers pull that BS as an enticement, then add back on a ton of fees normal dealers would not add back on. Just sayin.....I'd like to see the bottom line of $20K off sticker before tax/license.......and without a trade involved, before I was a believer.

I have the exact same Putco Blade and harness on my 2023 1500 High Country.......works like a champ, zero issues. Love this thing, so bright and looks awesome. It's easy to disconnect the harness going to the Blade to see if something is causing it.....

2023 1500 High Country....... Been through the car wash many times and never had the fuel door open when I exited. I always get out of the truck after I exit the car wash to inspect my truck.......so I'd know if this was an issue.
